Our company maintains a large network of suppliers in China which enables to maximize our customer’s interest by offering multiple sources and obtaining competitive prices.
In the cases when the customer is on site, we will facilitate this process with full transparency to negotiate the price and other terms. In other cases, we can independently do the negotiations and sign contract on behalf of our customers.



We believe that if we do not already know multiple sources for any product or service, we are only one step away from its discovery.
We believe our core competence is our people on the ground checking quality during production, and before any product is shipped, insuring that quality is consistently maintained.
We believe that Nuoran's policies and one to one interaction with suppliers will prevent problems or issues that may arise later and hence saving time, money and improving quality.
We believe that at least 3 sources should be explored for each product or service in order to establish the market price in China and create a competitive environment for effective negotiations.
We believe that there are three equal criteria for choosing a supplier.
- Price - Increase the bottom line.
- Capacity - Speaks to finding the "right fit" for any given project.
- Quality -judging the ability to maintain quality.
